Cancellation policy

Subscriptions for MyPowerVita automatically renew and are billed at the frequency selected at checkout. You may skip an upcoming order or cancel your subscription at any time through your account's subscription management page, with no cancellation fee.

 

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges and shipments; it does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped. As with all purchases, due to the nature of dietary supplements, completed orders are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
